We collect your “Personal Data”(e.g. email address, login details, device-id) so you can access our portal and you can use our games, only when you have voluntarily provided such data to us.
We use your personal data, so we can inform you about your progress while using our portal and our game(s). We also use your personal data for benchmarking and research purposes, for which your personal data will be anonymized.

In this case, you will not be able to access our portal and use our games anymore.

We agree to indemnify and keep indemnified and defend you at our own expense against all costs, claims, damages or expenses incurred by you or for which you may become liable due to any failure by us to comply with any of our obligations under this Data Protection and Privacy Policy.

You have the right to make a complain about the processing of your personal data at the competent authority.
